MOU – Memorandum of Understanding

Signing a memorandum of understanding clearly defines the scope of cooperation, as well as the rights and obligations of both parties.

A successful project begins with a trustworthy partner. When a project reaches a certain scale, the initial needs assessment and planning phase often requires 3 to 6 months of time and resources.

This stage is not only about confirming technical feasibility and business models but also about establishing mutual trust and a solid foundation for cooperation.

To ensure alignment of objectives and a stable partnership, before a formal contract is signed, both parties are required to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding to define the direction of cooperation and preliminary responsibilities.

Keewing-ID recognizes the importance of this stage and, upon the signing of the MOU, assigns a project team with practical experience and industry insights to formally engage in project collaboration.

We assist clients with problem analysis and solution design, providing a complete project proposal and budget quotation. We also support document drafting, contract preparation, and confidentiality clause planning, and, when necessary, can assist with applications for government subsidy programs.
