Customized Finished Fabric Management System
Project Highlights
-
RFID one-time electronic tags
Single-use tags are applied for roll tracking and identification, minimizing the risk of cross-reuse and strengthening item control. -
High-speed inventory × Customized WMS warehouse system integration
Finished goods warehouse inventory efficiency is greatly improved. Integrated with a customized WMS system, the solution enables real-time positioning, rapid allocation, and precise warehouse management. -
Superior roll search efficiency compared with traditional barcodes
Unlike barcodes, RFID supports non-contact and simultaneous scanning of multiple items, reducing search times by more than 120%. -
Support for robotic arm handling
The system can be integrated with smart robotic arms for automated fabric roll handling, improving operational safety and stability. -
Significant reduction in labor costs and processing time
End-to-end digitalization and automation minimize manual handling and inventory work, optimizing personnel allocation efficiency.
After finished fabrics are inspected by a fabric inspection machine, an integrated label (Barcode + RFID) is affixed to each roll. Wrapping and packaging are then completed, activating RFID functionality for subsequent processes such as warehouse management, fabric roll searching, and automated handling. Through this labeling system, fabric flow becomes more transparent and traceable, while also providing the “data stream foundation” required for automation equipment. Overall operational efficiency improves by more than 150%, substantially reducing human error and management burdens.
